Investments Simplified is an initiative by an Ex-banker and Freelance Trainer in Banking,who is passionate about Investments and Investment Education. With the intention of helping novice investors to become Professional Investors. This is uniquely designed to empower young individuals to garner the knowledge in all the types of Financial investments available in India. We specialise in imparting freshers an in-depth knowledge in the arena of Financial Investments. We have taken care to cover in detail all types of financial investments like Equity shares/stock market, Mutual Funds, Bank Deposits, Insurance, PPF, EPF, NPS and all-important small savings schemes.
This website helps the B.B. I students and B. Com Students with Banking and Insurance specialization, to pass the exams on Banking and Insurance subjects conducted by various Universities across the country. Apart from the respective courses, our unique Banking and Insurance focused blog is intended to meet the ever-increasing demands of the students in these areas.

Our Team
Mr. Joy Ramakrishnan Thundathil is an ex-banker with more than 35 years of managerial experience in banking. During his illustrious career in a Public sector bank, he has gained vast knowledge and experience in all areas of banking viz. Operation, Credit, Administration and Treasury. His specialization comprises of Credit and Treasury operations. He was branch head in many large branches for more than 15 years. During his tenure as a dealer and Chief dealer in the Treasury of the bank he has gained extensive knowledge in all the types of investments available in India by attending various training programs conducted by the National Institute of Bank Management and bankers Training College at RBI. He has also attend many workshops for investment professional. He has also gained practical experience in investing and trading in all major financial investments like Equity shares, Mutual Funds, Govt.Bonds and Debentures etc while working in the Treasury.
.He is a Post Graduate in Financial Management from Jamnalal Institute of management Studies, Mumbai University. He is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and also holds diploma in Investment, Treasury and Risk Management from the same Institute. After retiring from bank he has been teaching banking students in various banking institutes in Mumbai as a Freelance trainer for last 3-4 years. With the intention of helping the novice investors to acquire knowledge on all the investment avenues and to help the BBI and Bcom students in their Banking and Insurance subjects, this website has been started.
